Dr. Smith-Foley Joins Learn Look Locate as a New Medical Advisor in Breast Imaging

We are incredibly excited to announce that Dr. Smith-Foley has joined the Learn Look Locate Medical Advisory Team as as a New Medical Advisor in Breast Imaging. With 17 years of clinical experience in breast imaging, Dr. Smith-Foley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will significantly contribute to our mission of educating and empowering individuals about breast health and wellness.

Dr. Smith-Foley is thrilled to collaborate with Learn Look Locate, stating, “Breast Cancer Awareness is more than a color and month in the fall. If you have breasts and you have birthdays, you have a risk for developing breast cancer. I am honored to partner with Learn Look Locate to help educate women about breast health and wellness. LLL is an amazing resource, and I hope to help more people find it.“

She completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Tennessee and a fellowship in breast imaging at the University of Washington/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Dr. Smith-Foley is an active member of several medical societies, including the Society of Breast Imagers and the National Consortium of Breast Centers. She has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and has been a part of various breast imaging reader studies.
